PSX4Droid is the first emulator launched for android users but it was removed because of legal issues. As it was removed from the market so developer decided not to update that app at least for Android OS. The next emulator launched for Android users was FPse it is the best which you can get right now. It is updated often and has better compatibility.

Get Emulator and BIOS – You can download FPse Emulator for your Android phone from here. BIOS you can get from “BIOS page” section. After downloading BIOS unzip it and place it in the same folder where ROM’s will be in.
Download any ROM you want into your computers hard drive. Than Unzip/UnRAR that file after doing that many time you get .bin .ecm files. If you get that type of files make sure you have ECM tool to UnECM file.
Right Click the ROM with your mouse. Go To “Open With” then browse for ECM tool.exe , conversion will start after you select. You can also Drag n Drop file in ECM tool.exe. It will automatically start file preparation process. When it completes that file becomes .bin , .iso , .cue or .eboot.
Connect your phone to the computer with USB cable and in your phone it will show “Turn On USB Storage” click on that (Wording may differ on other phones).
Create a new folder “ROMS” within your android mobile device. You can also do it with your computer – Open My Computer it will show a new device of your phone click on that and create there new folder.
Transfer the games you have already downloaded and ROM folder contents on your computer to your Android mobile device. This may take few minutes as they are big files. Don’t forget to Turn OFF USB Storage when you are done! , This will safely un mount your Android Device Memory Card from your computer.
Open Playstation Emulator on your android mobile device ( I am using FPse) than specify the BIOS File. This varies with every Emulator but to do with FPse Emulator follow this steps ” Menu => Settings => System => BIOS Loading => SD Card => Downlaod “ and select scph1001.bin. In the same screen go down to “Save Default Config File”.
After setting all the things go back till the menu and go to first black directory screen. Locate your games in /sdcard / Download (files will be in .img , .iso , .cue , .bin , .nrg or .z extension) than double tap the game of your choice and start playing !
