Xolo Win Tablet Review – Price & Specification

Xolo is trying to win markets attention buy releasing smartphones and tablets but is there products worth buying ? After releasing Xolo series of Smartphones, they are again back with a new tablet – Xolo Win powerful yet not appreciable. Thought it would be exciting to review Xolo’s new tablet but has all features and specifications of existing tablets in market.

Design –

Taking hands on to Xolo Win tablet, felt good to hold with nice aluminium body with large screen and only one button in front so you get extra space to work on. At back it has nice shiny silver finish with rear camera and Xolo writtern in between, looks nice but can easily get scratches. If we talk about material, It do not have required toughness and not even scratch proof as I said earlier. On right side of tablet it has got number of controls and on left its all empty which makes tablet look traditional. Xolo’s new tablet is only available in one color and that is black.

Specifications & Performance –

Well It runs Windows 8.1 which is smooth and looks sharp on its 10.1-inch LED screen. Playing games on this tablet would be little laggy as it has capable resolution of 1366×768 pixel, which is not enough for pro-gaming experience. Xolo Win Tablet has got multi-touch screen which can recognize up to 10 touches at a time, this makes windows experience more better in tablet platform. Now talking about its power it has got 1GHz AMD Temash A4-1200 processor which is specially designed for tablets as said by Xolo. Talking about design of this CPU it has two cores based with base clock of 1GHz. It also has Radeon HD 8180 chip functioning as GPU. Xolo has also made minute changes on board of there tablets, which increased tablets performance upto 15%. Taking its price in consideration tablet has nice configuration and 2GB of RAM makes multi-tasking on this tablet more easier. It has got inbuilt 32 GB of space which can be expanded with micro SD card slot. It comes with fresh Windows 8.1 and Microsoft Office installed which allows you to edit and make new spreadsheets, word documents, reports and presentations on the go. Windows OS runs very smooth on this tablet and even multi-tasking feels buttery. 

Connectivity Options –

Another major thing which is worth talking about is Xolo Win’s connectivity capabilities. It has micro HDMI port to easily present the screen to other folks and enjoy presentations, games more bigger. It has also got mini USB port so you can work efficiently by connecting your keyboard, printer or internet dongle with tablet. The another micro SD port makes this tablet highly portable and makes connectivity on device more easier. To enjoy movies and music it has 3.5 mm jack to connect your headphones, even it has got two minute speakers which lets you enjoy your music loud. You can also access public networks and Wi-Fi as it is also a Wi-Fi enabled tablet. One thing in which this tablet lacks some points is it supports only few keyboards.

Camera & Battery –

Ya it has got camera but not worth taking good pictures. It has primary 2MP camera with no flash and front 1 MP HD camera which do not feels like HD. While talking about its rear camera in low light conditions camera do not perform well. Xolo Win has got high performance battery which will let you use your tablet for upto 6 hours and charging this tablet to 100% takes about 3 hours.

Price –

You are getting this power pack from Xolo at 19,990 INR.  Taking it’s performance in consideration it can be bought but there are many other options available rather than buying this tablet like Dell Venue Pro 8 and many others. Xolo Win is also value for your money but there are no service centers of it but than too you can spend money to buy this tablet.
